So I didn't have the strength of purpose to wait an hour at the Griddle so I finally decided to check out the Waffle... well that and the fact that Friday night drinks led to a need of a lil "hair of the dog." Thus I ended up here for Saturday brunk and I was not disappointed. The place was moderately full, no wait for a table. They offer bottomless mimosas for $12 and a solid breakfast.... the sticky bun waffles were amazing and with the breakfast plate (two eggs, bacon, and yummy hashbrowns) were about $13. All in it was about $28 dollar brunch (pretty good value considering I housed 5 mimosas!). The server was great, a lil slow on the mimosa refills but what can you expect. It was a solid place for brunch with the girls and I will def. be back!
